Well today took me by surprise, not that this is a new thing and I probably should be used to it by now to be completely honest with you. I’m not though and I probably never will be.

I went out to feed, water and milk the goats this morning, because of ornery goats the last few days, they’ve managed to mess up how I do my mornings by destroying a few things in the barn. So my morning took a lot longer and the whole time Lucy was complaining, it’s not like her, both her and Ethel never Maaa me, not ever! If your not following us on facebook, you might not know that just 2 days ago I announced Lucy and Ethel are a month pregnant. Well this is where I admit I learned another lesson, I jumped the gun and she’s not! She’s Maaa-ing me because she wanted back in with Spot because she once again is in standing heat and is looking for love.

This also means there is a possibility neither is Ethel, seeing as she went into heat after Lucy did by a few days. So lets just say I think I’ll wait until they’re at least 6 weeks before I make another pregnancy announcement.

Fingers crossed she takes this time and Ethel really is a month pregnant.
